Default Problem with my CC BEC - HELP!!

Ok, last night I got all the electronics hooked up on my Berg crawler. I have the following electronics: HS-5955TG for steering, HS-82MG (?) for the dig, Tekin FXR ESC, CC BEC, DX3R radio, SR3100 receiver, and elite 8-cell batteries.

I used the below dig to wire up the dig while the rest of the wiring is normal.

Now the problem is that the receiver will lose power. I have narrowed down the problem to the CC BEC. Anyone know why I would have damaged the CC BEC?

Troubleshooting already done.
1) Swapped in another CC BEC and everything works fine.
2) Tried the problem CC BEC on another radio, receiver, ESC, and servo and had the same problem.
3) Tried to hookup the CC BEC to my mac with the USB link. The green light would light but the CastleLink would not detect the CC BEC. Even hooked up my battery packs to it (5 and 8 cells) and not luck.
4) Run the receiver directly from the FXR's BEC.

To get the receiver to power up, I have to do the following with the problem CC BEC in place:
1) Radio off. Unplug the battery. Unplug ESC from the CC BEC.
2) Turn on radio. Plug battery into CC BEC. Power to the receiver.
3) Plug in ESC to the CC BEC.
4) Runs fine.

Now if I turn off the ESC or unplug the radio, I have to go back to Step 1 to get the receiver to work. This is with the FXR. I tried the same steps with my Rooster Crawler ESC but the switch needs to be on "ON" before I plug the ESC to the CC BEC or the receiver will lose power once I turn the switch "ON".

Like I said, any ideas. I hope it's just a CC BEC that went bad and if I run another CC BEC, this won't happen again. I've been using this one in my tuber with no problems in the past.

Sounds like a bad BEC. Every once in a while they will go bad or be bad out of the package. Not always something that you may have done, unless you plugged it in backwards or something.
