Default What settings to use on the enroute ESC programmer ?

I bought 2 enroute brushless motors for my berg, plus 2 of their ESC's

The programming card gives me these options:



On the battery I will be using lipo 11.1 v .. so thats easy .. but what about the rest ? any advises for what to start with ?

yikes .,.. see, good thing I asked (I am a nitro head) .. since it was a crawler I was tempted to do "LOW" ..

try the drag brake and start power and see what you like
i have my start power low so it doesn't jump start when you just want to creep off

what about "setting manual/auto" ? ny idea what it is

manual/auto is probably voltage cutoff, or ESC arming
