| I just installed a DX 3.0...
I just installed a new DX 3.0 in my ax-10 and im having a problem with my steering limits. I have gone threw the binding process and i am now having problems with my steering limits. I have turned them all the way up and i have now lost a good bit of steering from what i had before. Anyone have any suggetions? thanks

Check that your steering rate is set to 100%. Page 25 of your Manual

First turn your dual rate up to 100 then adjust your end points from there, make sure there is an even amount for each direction or this will effect your dual rate. You do not want to have your servo over powered in either direction, just enough so that the servo throws to it's limit. Then re-adjust your dual rate"this controls how much your servo turns in each direction i.e 100%, 75% and so fourth". One more thing before you start set your trim to center, you might have to remove your servo horn before you set the trim. Hope this helps if you do not know already.

yeah thanks everyone for there help. guess i just needed to go a couple more pages in the manual for what i needed. just didn't have my dual rate set...it was at 25% so everything is undercontrol and im back to crawlin |
