Default Motor voltage?

How much voltage can be put into one Integy 45T before something messes up?, or will anything mess up? I'm talking like 16.8 volts.

At a light load they can handle the voltage, but if is a heavy rig, one that is geared low, or you get really bound up and start forcing the throttle it becomes easier for the motor to draw too much current and burn a wind on the arm.

16.8 is as high as I would go. Not a lot of reason for most applications to need more voltage than that.
