Default Glitching

I think my glitching issues with my FXR, 8711, 65t integy, CCBEC and 3s lipo might be due to the old AM radio I'm using. I'm trading with a guy for a DX2 next week. I've also read that putting some capacitors on the motor could help with this as well. What capacitors should I use and where do I solder them on? The glitching I'm getting is sudden lurches from the motor whenever I turn.
