Default Capacitors On Integy 55t Lathe Motor

Just wondering if I need to go and pick up some caps for my new motor. I haven't run it in the truck yet, as I don't have my truck yet, but am getting all my electronics in order before I do the last big part.

I tried soldering them on my 55t motor and actually think it made my twitching worse Don't know how that is possible, but I took them off and have run w/o them since...
