Weird problem with my M8

When I put the battery tray in my radio, the screen comes on, but the radio does not. When I turn the radio on, everything is fine. When I turn it off, the radio is off, but the screen is still on. Anyone had this problem before? I'm tired of taking the battery tray out of the radio everytime I use it. I don't want to leave the batteries in, because I don't want them to be drained.

Your radio has a switch that turns just the display on. Find it and turn it off.

Now I feel stupid. I never even thought to try the "display" button. I've had this radio for at least 6 years and never knew that's what it did. Thanks man.
