Lipo cutoff with 2 ESCs?

I am planning on switching my clod to lipo. And I currently have 2 Super Rooster ESCs. Is there a lipo cutoff that will work with 2 ESCs? or will I have to buy two of them?

You do not need two. One works fine, it will cut off one of the ESC's and you will know to shut down. If your not using a BEC, hook the ESC that is powering your receiver to the cut off that will work fine.
