Default Nomadio sensor problem

Has any one broken this part. I see it is just a thin piece of plastic. I'm thinking of drilling a hole in the plastic and put a small screw and nut for it to pivot on.

Any other suggestions are welcome.

I also found out that the steering wheel is broken too. This might have happened at the same time. Will any replacement wheel fit on these radios or is there replacement wheels available?
