Default Mtroniks ESC HELP!!!

I got a Mtroniks ECO 20 esc with a one touch set up. Here is my problem, installed everthing in my truck, when you move the throttle nothing happens. If you press the 1 button that is on the esc the motor will run foward but only when you have the button pressed.

Can someone tell me how to set up this ESC. Also the plug that you plug in the reciever is brown, red, orange (in that order) I assume the brown would be the same as the black wire on my other plugs, right.

I have an Mtroniks Sonik4 RV11 and I typed out the instructions manual for soft copy storage earlier. You can download it at

http://www.bigbigplanet.com/about/si...roniksRV11.doc

The setup instructions might be the same as yours.
