| servo controled switch
I know I could have used a pico switch just as easily. However, I had a bunch of these mini servos from a spektrum radio purchase and a package of radio shack switches. I made a winch servo from a Hitec based on writeup from the forum. However, an in-line switch was needed. I'll control the "mig shift Pico" switch from channel 5 and winch direction from channel 6. I've since mounted in the truck and it works flawlessly... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nwafovq-ZT4 |

I did that same thing with my Multiplex (7 Channel Pistol Radio) one switch to close circuit on the pwr wire to servo (so that I wouldn't have issues with it "walking") and used another channel to work the servo in forward or reverse. The other one is the pictures is for my lights. Last edited by constantmotion; 09-17-2008 at 05:16 AM. |

Here a link to one on eBay. This is another 7 channel. I had the ProfiCar 403 which was 7 channels too (i believe...if not it was 6 for sure). Channels 3, 4, and 5 could be set up as a 3 position switch. It's very hard to find these now. I paid $125 for mine brand new. |
