brrr - did all according to the manual,

have 2x FXR

abd not working - somehow there are delays when the motors start etc.

how you have set the FXR ? please help - playing with it all day and already mad about it.

You need to program both FXR's at the exact same time. Also you need to make sure that your gear mesh in your axles aren't too tight. There are several things that have nothing to do with the radio or ESC that can cause your delay.

As far wiring goes, nothing has changed with the new way ? what did change was what slot you plug what in correct ?

You use channels 2 & 3 instead of 3 & 4.

Exactly. You can just plug your BEC into channel 4 now instead of 2. I am going to a diagram though that shows how to wire it if you are going to add something to channel 4, such as winch down or cutting brakes

One more dumb question, Do I need to pull both red wires on both the esc's for the bec ? I don't plan wiring the bec direct to steering servo.

Another site said July-August for the 4PKS and Sept - Oct for the 4 PL. Not saying it is correct, just what I read.

With most speed controls that can be programmed directly as opposed to having to use the radio to do it.

True, but it is easier to adjust on the radio. I don't need to keep ch. 4 free for anything else, so this is a good set up for me, at least for now. I really appreciate all the info. I have found in this thread.

I also like having front and rear % control on the dials. I run them at 120% so I don't have to find 100% and just back whichever one I want down. It is easy to just roll the dial back to 120%. Rolling the rear back to 50-20 also works like a freewheel dig. I have had occasion to use less than 80% front too.
The new setup is great to free up the 4th channel though!
