i see that there maybe a need for some rx plugs to plug the BEC into the steering servo and such....where does one find these plugs at....which way works the best....i just soldered my BEC leads to a female and male deans plugs like this....

so that i can use it as needed instead of unsoldering it on and off my ESC wires....right now i'm just waiting on my baby shark tube bender i pre-paid on the pre-order to start my build....now i'm just buttoning up the wiring as i need to....so which wiring dia have people used and works the best .................bob

It's likely because the bind plug and BEC are the same on your RX. So you unpluged the BEC to bind. When you did that you no longer our providing power to the RX which is needed to bind. This is because the red wire is disconnected on the ESC. So what you can do is unplug the steering or the Aux servo and plug your BEC into that open outlet. This should provide power to the RX. Then plug the bind plug in the Bind/Batt port and bind as normal.

I created these diagrams and I no longer use either of these methods. I was experiencing surges because my Dig was drawing too much power as I was using a full size digital servo. Using CC's instructions is working much better!
