Default 7.2v Reciever packs?

Would it be possible to use a Sub-C 6 cell stick pack as a reciever pack? Would I damage the reciever? How would I fit the plug to a stick pack?

use the red and black lead wires, the white is just for the signal to the servo. tape off and secure the white

I think that'd be too much voltage, but you could always try it and find out. I do think that a 4 cell sub-C pack would give out 6v, and have a super long charge for care free bashing all day long. Speaking of that, I think I got something to try next time I need a rx pack!

sub c cells are 1.2 volts that would give you 4.8 volts. you need 5 cells to have 6 volts.
