Default wheely king speed controll help

Ive got a basically stock wheely king, and can't get the trim on the throttle set. even with the knob on the controller turned all the way back it still wants to creep forward. I have to hold light pressure in reverse to get it to sit still. any ideas?

You could try reversing the motor leads and then the throttle switch on the controller, and try adjusting it from there.Does it have the jolt-r speed control or the HPI-1?
