Default ESC Problem or TX/RX Problem?

I have an AX10, my equipment was:
TQ3 TX/RX
Rooster Crawler ESC
65T Integy Motor
--> Had full speed fwd and rvs

I have replaced the TQ3 with a 3PM
--> Now I have only about 3/4 speed fwd and about 1/4 speed rvs. Everything on the radio is set to 100% or 0, what am I missing? What can I do to coreect this?
