Default sidewinder braking prob and reverse

hey guys got a sidewinder with a 5700kv motor and im using this set up with my onroad.
ok here are the prob. when im at fullthrottle and im braking the does not slow down!!
second when i try to reverse,it seems like im running a slipper clutch on my onroad!! the motor is reving up real high but the car is barely moving:-(

sounds like programing. Oh and you need to look at the radio programing as well. I installed a sidewinder on a budies truck and his radio was programed to nitro settings not giving him full reverse. I adjusted his radio and his reverse was the same as his forward after that.
