Default holmes hobbies 7t help please

Ok so i have one of these now and before i got to install i want to check on a few things
I dont consider myself a n00b but this question is n00bish i just want to make sure i dont destroy this motor like i have the last two motor (55 and 45 turn) due to the timings being wrong.
I have a DNA dig on my crawler so the tranny is flipped.
The motor is brand new so will the timing need to be flipped on this?
(do these cobalts even have timeing i assume they do)

I sent it out at zero timing, so just swap the motor wires if it rotates in the wrong direction.

Could you also just set the transmitter to reverse? like a DX3R? Would seem to have the same effect.

Then the speed control would be going in reverse when the vehicle is going forward and reverse when the esc is going forward , the servo reversing switch is just that only reversing the servo or esc not polarity on the motor .

depending on the esc you may be backing up faster than going forward.

You would be fine on the rated voltage for the rooster. The puller isn't the same as a normal motor- turn wise.
