| So I bought a dc charger a while back, and now that I have decided it is a complete PITA to keep running out to the truck I want a charger I can use inside and out. So I have been looking at the Triton, Venom, and Hyperion AC/DC's. Are all three of those pretty equal? Would one be money well spent over the others? |

| Well, the Triton is DC only, but it's a killer charger. I own both the Triton 2 and the Triton Jr. and I can charge everything with them. The Venom seems nice for the money, although I don't have any first hand experience with it. Hyperion makes quality products also and I would recommend talking with Max Amps about them as they deal with Hyperion quite a bit. I've heard from a couple people that the Duratrax Onyx 230 is a great bang for the buck AC/DC charger that will handle Lipo as well. http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...&I=LXTCK1&P=ML Have you considered picking up a DC power supply? You can get a very nice set up for around $50 to $60. |

| This one? http://cgi.ebay.com/Triton-EQ-Electr...3%3A1|294%3A50 Yea I looked at power supplies too, I was kind of thinking the less I have to pack around the better. I only have a $30 charger right now, I would like something better to charge with, and keep this one as a back up just in case. |

| Ah ha! They finally released it That charger had been on TH forever as a "coming soon" item with no picture. Well, it looks like a jacked up Triton Jr. I'd say go for it at that price. I've never had any issues with either one of my Tritons. Good find |
