The is an equation for figuring out the best radio:

More $ = Better Radio

any decent 3 cnl radio will work, just Y (maybe revering Y) on the steering for the rear steering and use 3rd chnl for your Dig.

but if you want to do it right, i would suggest a 4chnl 2.4 flavor of radio.

you can do the Futaba 4PK for 480.00 or for 250ish, you can do the Nomadio React, which will do everything the 4PK will do, has onboard telemetery, and imho, is every bit as good a radio as the 4pk, if not better, and cheaper.

If your willing to spend a couple extra bucks, I agree that the Spektrum DX6i is the way to go.

lol if you dont have the money you could just split the front and back steering and get a tq3 radio and just mod it for the dig

I love to run atleast a 5 channel 2.4ghz radio, just like that controls and options to add to it. Like Dx6i and others
