Default How bad is this motor damaged?

On a scale of 1 - 10 how 1 being great, 10 being needs to be replaced, the comms have been grinding against it. It's the end where the comms would make electrical charge that I need the advice on, sorry, don't have a micro lens for a camera, had to do a shot six feet away to get it that close with that much focus.

That motor looks like it can be salvaged, but you need to cut the comm on a motor lathe. If you dont have one, there are several motor vendors on this website (Brood and Holmes Hobbies) that will rebuild the motor for a small fee (~$10 or so).
