| no servo dig switch for MOA..
I was at the LHS and saw this. I guess you put it between the speed controler and motor then hook it up to the reciever. No need for a servo and switch. Anyone with experience with this? sry for the poor cell phone pic. Last edited by Defender; 04-11-2009 at 02:14 AM. |

It might be a Japanese company..sry I thought my cell phone pic would have been clear enough to get the parts# and info, but I guess not. Gonna have to take a memo next time I'm there. I do remeber that it cost around $30 for 1 unit, and you would need 2 if you want front and rear dig. Last edited by Defender; 04-11-2009 at 02:26 AM. |

Then I'm guessing you would also need 4 channels then... :-(

What all is in the bag? Is it using the rx pulse to trigger a USS digital switch? If so that would be great...

| It was in a show case, so I couldn't see too much, but yeah I think thats how it probably works. There was 2 sets of motor wires and set of wires for a rx connected to some kinda box.

yeah thats what it looked like..lol..at the translation though..was kinda hard to understand. So, I guess there is only an off and on and it will lock to motor in the on position.

| http://www.dimensionengineering.com/BattleSwitch.htm I have a pal that is running this unit. $25 and is holding up well. ALSO supplied from Akron. OH. I use these guys for voltage regulators in the DX6 Radios. |

This would only work for one motor correct (Single pole, double throw). I spent $25 on 2 JRH style Manly Switches and a JR185 micro servo ($20)...so its not a cheaper option. |

I run the JRH switches as well....and they work....and they are a financially good choice. That all being said, the BATTLE SWITCH is a VERY clean install, relaible, no servo to calibrate/burn-up, F/R are independant thus if one burns up the other keeps working. They are notfor everyone, they cost more, and require a total of 4 channels.....but less moving parts and modular design is an appealing package.
