Default Duratrax 8T esc

I wanna run rear steer on one of my crawlers and have a duratrax intellispeed esc capable of handling an 8 turn motor. Anyone know if this setup will work without overloading the esc. The duratrax does have an internal bec of 5 amps/ 1volt. Thanks.

rumhead, I think you have that backwards, the bec on that esc is probably 1 amp at 5 volts. If that is the rating of the bec then it won't be enough to run two servo's.

If your going to be running two servo's you should be running a standalone bec

The castle creations bec is a heck of alot cheaper then a whole esc and it will allow you to boost the voltage available to your servo to use giving it higher power and faster transit speed
