FRIED bluebird servo

Hey,

I ran a Bluebird 620 MG servo in my LX Comp.
Did great until oneday when i went to start it and i turned it on and started seeing smoke belowing out like mad. Take it downstairs and open it up.
THE WHOLE BOARD WAS ROASTED. dunno how this happned.
This happned to anyone else running a MG bluebird servo.
I have a Hitec HS645MG in its place now.

Moved to Electronics.

I've heard that Bluebird servos are hit or miss, as far as quality goes.

It worked great until the 4 run.
Had nice torq. but until that run it was fine.
but i saved the MG gears for later. dunno yet
what they'll fit. but ill find out.
i post pics of the board when i get home today.

I have only "smoked" only one blue bird, but I have lost the electronics in proably 4 other blue birds with no visual damage to the board. I have also stripped out proably 3 gear sets now. they are just kinda hit and miss and definately a cheap servo compared to the name brand stuff......

In AdamF's case it's always his fault, driver error! :flipoff:
