Unhappy Whats up with venom industries

So I puchased a venom pro charger and it has a few problems .
1st. Where the temp probe plugs into the charger there is nothing inside to plug into just an empty hole.
2nd. No matter what type of battery I try to charge the screen reads "connection break"
Any body else have these problems with this charger ?
I have emailed venom a couple of times and have had no response.
Anybody have another way to contact them ?
Their contact # does not work either.
I hope this is not the norm from venom.

I contacted them a couple weeks ago... I left a message with tech support, and had a call back from them fairly quickly (don't remember how long). That's my only experience with them.

I had the connection break msg as well. what I did was 1st fix that dean's connector that is included in the box and made one that's directly connected to the bananer plugs instead of bridged with that headphone jack. I never got that message again.

I have had that charger for awhile and absolutely love it. I would suggest as the other did that you take any connecter you need and solder it direct to banana plugs as that headphone jack deal is a joke, but other than that it is a great charger imo

I have had no problems with mine. I charge batteries all day for these and it still working great. Love it and thinking about getting another one!
