Exclamation Has my rooster died?

Hey guys, I just put every thing back together from fixing a broken out put shaft and now I have no-go!
Steering works but I have no power to the motor?!?!?!?!?
If I trigger it forward, the red light goes out but no green light.
If I trigger it reverse, the red light goes out and I get a solid green light.

Now if I remember correctly the solid green light means partial throttle.
Blinking green light means full throttle.
Red means its just sitting.
Correct?
Im assuming since I have any light action at all, that it IS receiving a signal.
I bought this used and have no manuals so Im flying by the seat of my pants here.
Oh by the way the only wires that were touched during my repairs was the motor lead plug. I have tripple checked that it is secure. As well as checking all the connections at all points.
I have swapped radios as well.
Please help! I have no idea what to check next.

Just got my combo today and haven't hooked it up yet so I'm not sure what the lights mean.

But here is the manual in PDF:

Did you discnnect the electronics while you fixed it?
Might be something simple...double check that the esc isnt plugged in backwards, either at the reciever or the esc itself.

Thx guys. I have reprogrammed it 4 times now, checked and double checked connections, replaced crystals, batteries, radio, and still have no solution. I was just reading the PDF and checked all that is mentioned. At this point I have emailed Charlie? From the searching I have done his name turned up for the man to contact concerning these ESC's.
Very disapointed right now. I broke the output shaft, couldnt find one locally today, so I fixed it my self (bullet proof) and was looking forward to running it since I changed the rear suspension the other day. Now its 2:00am and Im bummed! Headed to bed I guess, got my sons T-ball game at 8:00am YIKES!! Now I have to try not to be grumpy in the morning also! LOL later guys.
Thx for the help so far.

Check the capacitor on the ESC. Sounds like you have checked everything else. You checked the plugs at the receiver right?

Ok well it turned out to be the deans plug between the motor and esc. I was checking voltage and found that I had it up to the plug but not after it. A bit of 2500grit paper and a few minutes later I was back in motion. Thanks for all the suggestions guys!!!!!
