They are correct. Here is the addendum for the crawler version... Profile 1 is for nimh or nicad use Profile 2 is for lipo use Here is a link to the addendum www.teamnovak.com/download/instructions/pdfs/56-1841-2_roostercrawler.pdf |

| It's decent. It will only take 8.4v and all my favorite setups use 11.1 volts. It's pretty smooth and it works fine. I'd personally advise a Castle Sidewinder and a CC BEC or a Tekin FX-R instead.

i like mine it is entry level and thats why i got the combo. i will be switching to the sidewinder shortly because of the programing and i wanna 11.1v setup.

It's pretty much bullet proof, but a tad bulky and nice that it has a 6v 5amp bec. I have one and liked it a lot, but I want to have the option to run a 3s pack and to have programability. thats the main reason i went to the fx-r.

sorry for asking noob questions, but what is the advantage of running 11.1v?? is it just for the extra power for the motor??

| Higher voltage makes the motor run faster so you can gear down more while still maintaining decent wheelspeed. Higher voltage does also mean more power, but the wheelspeed is the main thing that makes 11.1 better.
