Clocking of Tekin RS Motor in a LOSI?!?!? I Have: Tekin RS 17.5 motor installed in Losi 1/10 Comp Crawler. Problem: When motor is installed I have two senarios....... 1. Motor connections are into the side of the frame. OR 2. The connection points on the motor interfer with the dig linkage movement. Question: Is there anyway for me to clock the motor so it will be positioned so the connections will be at the top and centered. it so the connections will be at the top and centered. At this time I can only have it at 2 o'clock or 10 o'clock and the "perfect" position would be at 12 o'clock....... I hope this makes sense. Kerry |
Drill new holes in the motor mount? Haven't seen the losi mount so not sure if its a plate or something else. |

Do you have a hotwire? Im wondering how the timing advance works when used in the Losi. I hava a 21.5/RS in my SCX Scale truck and Boost setting at 100 and it is really fast. I have not really noticed a loss in TQ or slow speed control but it is in a Scale truck. |
I just put it up for sale in the Classifieds............................. |
