| Thunder AC6 charger
I am looking at getting a Lipo charger and the thunder ac6 is looking pretty good. Is there anything that im missing? its 55 bucks but has the same features as the hyperion ac/dc charger that costs 149 bucks. http://www.hobbypartz.com/thac6smbachw.html This will be my first step into lipo's and ill prolly go to maxamps for the batteries unless someone has another idea. Thanks for the help. |

Make sure you get align taps on the maxamps or an adapter. Max charge rate is 5a so it takes a while if you're charging anything over 5000mah. The hyp is only 6a though... |

I bought one and love it. I think it's well worth the $55 price tag.

Yeah I just got mine 2 weeks ago and works awesome! I'm only charging Nimh and Nicds with it right now and have tested it with a reliable meter. It was out +/- 0.07 volts good for nicds and nimh. It's great for cycling and have brought a couple nicds back to life. For $55 it's a great charger with deans connectors included.

| Was referring to the part where top said he was thinking about buying maxamps packs...and to get them with align/eflite balance taps so top wouldn't have to use an adapter.
