Default sidewinder+ brushed problems help

I bought a sidewinder and it works on a brushless motor but then I put my 35 turn brushed motor and the motor goes back and forth and then when i push full throttle it goes and stops.

I think you need to put on the castle link and reprogram it!

i dont see eny where on the esc where i could plug it in.

receiver wires is where the castle link goes . Its set in brushless mode from the factory

You use a castle link to plug it in via the reciever plug.
