What about putting two really nice ~30 turn motors in a Berg with a nice 2S lipo.

No external BEC, no dig switches, a small lipo...

Looks good in my head. Light weight. Should be quick enough.

I think I'm gonna try it.
Yup, plus Novaks no hassle warranty im in...

However 3-6s would be a nice touch and pretty much corner esc's for a while...

We have tested the M2 on 3S and it worked fine. We will do some additional testing and update the specs with our findings.

What is the ETA? I see Amainhobbies posted it up on their site.

You get a response on on the "400" sized lower turn motors on 2 cell? I might go 3 cell and some 35t 540 sized.
Just have to see what shakes out with the specs. Cause I don't want to blow one up on 3s if the spec says 2cell and then not get it warrantied.

Shane I emailed the link to Bob, but he was not able to access the site. I will check again later today.

If we change the M2 spec to 3S, it will be "official" and the M2s would be covered by our warranty. We will be shipping the controller/system in November.

If this happens, then I think you have covered everything that somebody could want in an MOA ESC.

If these will do 3s, I might have to try one on my next rebuild.

Why only 55T motors in the combo kit? Or will there be other motors later on?

Having this, the rx, and a battery on the skid is just awesome...

I like the idea but novak needs to catch up. No one is running 2cells and 55t anymore. Minimum is 3cell, 45t and I'm thinking 5 cell, 20t isn't too far off.

At this time, the system will be offered with 55T motors only. We also sell 45T motors separately.

We are testing the M2 on 3S packs. I will post updates here as available.

Howdy Folks,

I had a chance to operate the M2Dig for 4 whole days while I was working the Novak Booth ath the I Hobby Expo last week.

While I didn't have a chance to get out on the rocks with it, here's how it works, and works well in my opinion.

You can use it just like an ESC/Dig Switch combo. So you have Front Rear Dig from a 3pos switch.

OR, you can use it to have F/R Dig, PLUS motor Biasing. You setup your radio with one 3Pos Switch to do the dig, and ONE switch as a Linear Trim Pot on the Aux Channel.

So you can Dial in more Clod Stall (IE Free Wheel), or Dial out Clod Stall completely while you drive. Basically, as you're driving you can tap the Linear Adjust switch to reduce power to F/R motor. If you loose count of how many "clicks" you put in, Simply DIg that same side On/Off and everything is back to normal again. It really is super easy to use.

Novak Two- I'm patiently waiting my very own M2Dig......

Novak just cannot see that most like 3S or some even 4S. This system sounds interesting and I would be interested in trying it out but not if I have to back down to 2S. I'll stick with Castle.

After reading all the specs. and seeing the video of it working at the hobbie show am really impressed with this new Novak Product, Being a Novak fan for over 5 years all my cars run on Novak. My only question is after looking at the specs I have the same question as pretty much everyone on here is this going to be a 2S or 3S system? I see no sence in only making it it 2S when you guys have already brought out a 2S-3S ESC. Here are specs for anyone that has not seen them and a Video of the system working on a Rig Enjoy.
