Ok this probably more of a newb question but I need to know. I have a 3PM 2.4 gig. Is there any other compatible receivers, brands or models the will bind and work with this radio. I need a second receiver and the Futaba unit is 80+. Not really trying to be cheap but options are nice. Thanks in advance.

No, you can only use Futaba receivers. Unlike AM and FM radios, there isn't a proper standard for 2.4GHz. Each manufacturer does their own thing, so you can't normally mix brands.

You might be able to use a Futaba airplane receiver, but they are pretty expensive, too.
