single motor esc or dual motor esc

well im going to be starting a new build here when some of my stuff comes in. its an moa rig. i plan on building a dig from the berg section for it. should i get a single or a dual for this rig. ive been doing digging on this but i have not found anything. in the thread it shows for a single. it looks like it would work with a dual right? how about witch one would be better. or would it not matter. a single would handle them just fine,but i just need some advice on witch one would be best for my application before i order it. thanks guys
