Default Losi night crawler question

Just finished my sons axial build and now my daughter wants in, looking at buying her a rtr night crawler because it fits in my budget. My question is later on can a dig unit be added when the budget allows. From what I've seen at the local comps they are a descent crawler out of the box and would be fine for her to get started at 9 years old.

You will need to find a whole transmission or build one but yes, you can add dig to a LNC later on.

u could go with an axle that is setup with built in dig, i have the lnc and have looked into this, my dad has a kyosho rock force kit he custom setup spending roughly $600(i out crawl him and piss hi off everytime with my nearly box stock LNC) but his stock kyosho axles have worm drive, and dig dis-engagement in the axle itself. it has a servo mount and a shaft sticking out EXACTLY how a throttle shaft is on a nitro.

Rock force is a joke but yes you can put a dig unit on it if you know what you are doing.
