Default Li-Po newbie questions

Thinking about dipping my toe into the Li-Po battery sceen. I know everyone goes to Cheapbattery packs and I checked there site but was a bit confused on the battery connectors. Are they all standard Deans Female? OR do you add your own plugs? There was no option when checking out to have them add Plugs to the pack like there is with there Nimh packs.

I will be using 2s 7.4v Li-Po's

Also what is the run time for the cheaper lower mAh packs? Anything over 2000 mAh seems to be $50 or more.

My old Nimh 4200mAh batteries ran for ever 2-3 hours but are super heavy.
