They have adjustable timing.

The Integy 55T Matrix motor has fixed timing according to the web site.

I have sent Integy's tech dept an email asking about what the timing is on the motors and if the Eagles are adjustable but I have not heard from them yet.

As for the MATRIX motors, The endbells aren't locked down. I adjusted mine the other day, but never tried running it after adjusting it. I just did it before I told someone else that it was adjustable. If I'm not mistaken though, I think they are at 0deg. from INTEGY. (The MATRIX anyway)

I have never had any problems with mine and haven't done anything to them but reverse the Pos. and Neg. for the Rear of my CLODS.

Which style is the most desired? Obviously you can adjust the timing on them, but does that act like a stall converter or something? I guess my question is what are the pluses and minus to an adjustable one?

Thanks

That is the one I'm talking about. Unless they have a few different versions of the same motor. How old is your motor? Mine are only a few months old.
