|  2300 mah double A batt
I found panasonic 2300 MAH AA batteries at costco and wonered if anyone had tried these as reciever packs or in there radio yet? You get 6 of em for about 12.50!

I have not used them as receiver packs but I have used them in my transmitters. They work great and last a long time. I would imagine they would work equally as well as rx packs but with only 4 aa's not enough voltage for me.

I have used panasonic Ni-MH rechargables in my TMaxx for a long time. They never gave me any problems.

I run 5 Lenmar NoMem Pro AA's for a receiver pack and I ran the whole day last Saturday off of 1 pack! I love them.

| Re: 2300 mah double A batt I use Energizer 2300's in my transmitter and digital camera. On my camera, they don't show a full charge I guess 'cause they're 1.2V instead of 1.5V but they last Lots longer than alkalines or any other rechargable that I've used. I charge them with a Rayovac peak charger. |

sr5 dave, most of the reciever packs I have seen (stock not custom) only run 4 aa batt's. so 4.8 volts is good but 6 volts is better. I have seen a set-up from badhorsie.com that used to sell 2300 mah maxx reciver packs. might be an option for an rx pack. |
