Default No Range

I have a TXT that I'm running a 3 ch Rec. and Radio on!The problem is once I get 3 or 4 feet from the truck it quits working.Anyone have any ideas or has the reciever just went bad??? Thanks for any help!!

More info, then. Which radio? Better yet, if you're in Cleveland OH, bring it by the shop (PM sent) and I'll look at it.

Dude I have the exact same problem so I know how you feel. Sorry cause all I can figure is that it is the radio or the reciever and nobody can tell you which one cause nobody knows for sure!!! Everyone will ask if it the antena is close to wires, or if all of your wiring is good, or if you have capacitors on your motor so check all of that. All I can say is that if you know somebody with a TQ3 put your crystals in another reciever and see if your radio works with their truck and if theirs works with yours. I personally think that it is the reciever but don't take my word, but if you get it fugured out post what was wrong. I'll shut up now

sounds like the reciver has been wet or the crystals have taken a bump. replaced a bunch of them at the hobby shop for people
