Evidently you bought the ARTR version of The Dig.

Well I'm glad you got it running!

Yes and yes, this will do the same thing as the Punk Dig but with 2 separate ESCs

Yep...brushless or brushed ESCs. You can even have one brushed and one brushless....not sure what you would do this.

I chose this setup for a couple reasons.

1. I needed a small footprint for my ESC/dig setup. I could have gone with a single FXR and a Punk but the it would take up the same space as 2 FXR's and the Novak Dig with similar weight.

2. As far as cost, it is kind of a wash. To run 2 35 turn motors on 3s lipo you should be running a FXR Pro if you look at the specs on Tekin's site. I know many people run dual 35 turns on 3s with a standard FXR but I do not feel comfortable in doing so. So, this is how I looked at is...

OPTION A
(1) FXR Pro = $140.00
(1) Punk Dig = $64.00
Total--------$204.00

OPTION B
(2) FXR's = $90.00 per
(1) Novak Dig = $18.00
Total--------$198.00

Plus, I am already setup to go to a 4 channel when I can bring myself to spend the extra cash. Make sense to anyone else besides me?
