Default Dual Lipo Issue

Curious on why my 4S setup dies faster than my 3S setup?

I have a MMPro, Axial 27T with a 16/87 gearing. I might get a 1/2 hour from the 4S. It is actually 2 2S wired in series - Zippy 2200maH 20C Lipos.

Also, they discharge at a different rate. One battery measured 7.8 volts and the second only 6.4 volts when I pulled them out. Both are brand new and have only been run twice with the same results?

I put my blue lipo 3S 2200mah 30C in and I get just under an hour of run time.

Any ideas?

For one thing, more voltage = less runtime (when nothing else is changed). But it shouldn't be cut in half. Make sure that both of the 2cells are completely balanced before you run them.
