Does anyone know what recievers are compatible with the 4PL? Only the R2104GF? Seems a bit overkill for some uses, especially as it's $50. Edit: I found the answer on Futabas home page, figures! I've looked before but probably missed it then. R2104GF, R603GF and R2004GF! Edit2: Seems like they're $50-60 anyways, crap!!! Last edited by Stuntman Jim; 06-07-2011 at 12:06 PM. |

| Just unplug the wires. Otherwise you are just running a risk of blowing the internal BEC's.

Alright guys. I noticed something a little odd and I need some help. I was noticing when I connected my cc mamba micro's and ran my rig I was seeing what appeared to be a surge in power after holding down the throttle for a second. Nothing had been done to change the esc profiles. I had not put much thought into it and then hooked up my radio and a new rx to my slash 4x4. I went to run it in the street and I noticed almost a turbo effect while on full throttle. This makes me think I have something in the radio that is setup to cause this surging or some kindof traction control setup or something. Anyone know how to make this go away?

Any news on the life battery yet? # FT2F2100B Battery life sucks with 4 rechargeable Nimhs, even with backlight turned off Last edited by Rig Rocker; 06-11-2011 at 09:42 AM. |

Still can't say anything about the battery but I can say I fixed my surging issue (I think). On the throttle screen 2 the settings for Fd and Bk at the bottom come at zero. I set them to 100 as well as making sure speed was at 100. I think that got it from what I can tell.

I plugged in my 4PK pack yesterday and it works the same. So any pack listed on the net for a 4PK should work for a 4PL I believe.

Alright. I attempted to deal with a concern that I was not getting the trottle message right at the rig I made an adjustment to the throttle profile that absolutely did not work at alllllllll. Don't do what I did. I think it was the forward and reverse settings that totally screwed up the duel esc mix.

Hello all, Harley great tutorial on the 4PL worked like a charm. My question is trying to set up a servo winch on my scaler, any suggestions on which switch to program it to? If it will work at all etc...

| Program it to any of the DT's. Set it as a 3 position. Should be covered in post 1 I think.

| 'modular system' Wish future Tx will have this 'modular' system at lease for one switch, where by user can buy optional switch (2way,3way,another steering wheel, toggle switch or throttle....) plug in and set a channel or function for it.
