Default XR4 4 channel

Does anybody have this? Seems like a great price at $90.

i just want a simple 2.4 rx & tx with a true 3 position 3rd ch. with EPA's to operate my dig servo. i have a new traxxas 4 ch., but learned that the toggle is not a 3 position (for single servo) and has no EPA's.

Is it really junk?

The Radio doesn't have EPA's on the 3rd and 4th Channel... So if you ran running a Digital Servo on those Channels. You will need one of these..

http://www.servocity.com/html/180o_servo_stretcher.html

So for a Super..
Channel 3 can be used with a PUNK DIG
Channel 4 use this with a Rear Steering Servo

For a XR10
Channel 3 PunkDig
Channel 4 Use this and a Servo for Cutting Brakes.

XR4 -4 Channel Rc4wd Radio

I have been using this on my 1.9 Comp Rig. No Problems at all. Feels nice in the hand and controls very easy.

The XR4 will do everything the Radio will do you posted. But gives one more channel.

The XR4 would give you 4WS and DIG...

If you have a Shafty you would need two of those Servo Stretchers. If you running a MOA. You should only need one to run the Rear Servo for Rear Steer.

Correct, but it's always a good idea to have EPA's.

That won't change a thing.

i give the wantAsummit adaptor a thumbs up!

i have a tq2.4 4ch (use it on my summit) and wanted to use the radio for my venom creeper with dig and remote diff lock. the adaptor works perfect for getting a true 3-pos 4th channel. if you already have the radio it's worth the $30 versus a whole new radio.
