| Integy c22437mg(v2) I get ten mins run time just setting my steering links and throw "making it run straight and turn good". This servo blows out. Not crawling not nothing in terms of ABUSE just in my drive way. I contact integy and they quickly reply saying send it in. Well I did this and nothing for 3 weeks. Then I get a email saying I owe them 20 bucks for a new servo.. Im just wondering with this info is this a normal action? Is this even a good servo for crawling like it was recomended to me as from hobby town? Is this normal for integy? Im thinking it should of been a defective servo. |

As I understand it, from other people that have dealt with Integy and their warranty support is simply this: Integy considers removing the item from the package as 'Excessive Abuse', thus, voiding the warranty.

lol sounds like it. I read there warenty and there servos are under extreme abuse which means theyll fix it no matter what. I didnt know driving in my driveway for ten mins was extreme abuse.. Man then whats crawling listed as then? suuuppperrrr dooooperrr crazy insane you shouldnt do that abuse But is the servo even worth the 20 bucks to fix?

holy cow that much from a crappy integy servo. you could spend the 20 and get another one but since its integy it may happen again soon. i would go for more of a name brand

What crawler do you have? I would recommend the hitec 7950 if funds permit. I'm saving up for one. |

ax10 scorpian. with metal hop up kit. I got a new servo from axial with no problems... Great bunch of guys there even told me to wait till I got the new one to send the old one back. I think Im just going to run stock till I get my electronics up graded. Now if someone had a good package for a good price????? well it wouldnt matter now anyways Im waiting on my next grant check for upgrades lol |

Sounds like you're going thru. the cheaper servos rather quickly. A lot of the sub$50 servos are not 100% metal gear, the last 2 to 3 gears are metal when you see MG notation, the rest of the plastic gears can still break. A lot of times, you just need to place the gears, it's rather common after falls. Once you upgrade to a more expensive servo with ALL metal gear then this won't happen as often.

not blowing through servos just 2 lol an axials was glitchy from the get go. and the integy one just died with no real abuse at all. I mean if turning a "STEERING" servo is abuse then im guilty |
