Default esc for dual motors

hi, i am a newbie when it comes to crawling and i am in the middle of building my own crawler based on clod axles, i am currently looking for an esc that will be good for two brushed motors, i only want to use one battery on it so i dont really want to use 2 esc's, i was looking at the novak m2 dig but i have a spektrum dx3s which only has a 2 position auxilary switch (need 3 for dig) plus it is a bit more than i wanted to spend. if anyone has any suggestions that would be a great help. and if there is a dig add on that anyone knows of that would be good aswell. cheers.

That novak unit should get the job done and give you dig as well. Or, you can go with a nicer ESC, like the Holmes Hobbies Torquemaster BRXL and a PunkRC dig unit. You would need to also use this unit for your DX3S:

The Holmes Torquemaster is definitely a great speedo. It can handle about anything you could imagine! Its ultra smooth startup and huge power handling makes it a great choice.

You can use one battery for 2 esc's, just use a y harness.

Or, simply solder all power leads from both ESCs to one connector that plugs into the battery.
