Default Weller Soldering Iron

I just bought a new soldering iron because my old one wasn't working well. I bought the Weller WPS18MP. Is only 18 watts and that made me nervous. I just used it to put together new motor wire connectors and connect new wires to my motor. Worked better than my 40 watt ever did. Also has a nice light that shines on what your soldering. I spent $25 at Home Depot so the guy at the store was right. Just thought I'd let you know.

Yea I have the same one. It could be a little bit hotter but it works fine, havent had a problem with it yet. I wish they offered more options for tips but thats not a huge deal for the majority of the stuff I need to solder up.

Probably should have put this in the tools section. Feel free to move it. Not thinking straight.
