Default Direct wired servo goes wacky?

to those with a bec wired straight to the servo(7.4v so I had to) if you switch of the esc does the servo go mental? Mine goes left to right....its weird. I dont care, just curious

I use the little servo programmer to program a failsafe position (centered), then when the rx losses power, the servo just goes to it's failsafe position.

You could also just get rid of the switch, which forces you to disconnect the battery to turn off your rig, but I couldn't get rid of the switch on the M2 because it also houses the one touch button.
