Default sidewinder lipo cutoff ?

I have a set of 3s lipos I intend to run in my LCC , Im runing dual sidewinders and was wondering if anybody ever had any problems with the "auto" cutoff setting . Im asking becuase I also hae a couple 2s lipos that I would use to mess around with and dont want to reprogram the esc's everytime I swithc batterys but I dont want to over discharge and burn down my rig . thanks in advance -Bob

isn't most lipo cut off settings go by volts per cell whether you run 2s or 3s it is still 3 volts per cell you don't want to go under not total volts....i may be wrong as i don't use lipo's yet and i'm looking into switching soon and what i've read so far........bob

Just make sure you listen for the right number of beeps. I haven't had any cutoff issues with Castle's products.

cool thanks . and bob yes it is 3volts per cell but I dont think the esc can measure each cell so it takes an overall voltage at startup and detrmines what battery youre using then cuts it @ 9 or 6 volts ideally .
