Default help

new here i have a nimh 7.2v-3000 and a thunder t680 charger what amps do i set it at

I would slow charge it at 1 amp if its the first charge of the batteries life.

I usually charge my wifes packs at 2 amps, It will keep the battery alive longer and it doesnt get as warm. Takes longer than if you were on 4 amps though.

As long as your not in a rush, I am pretty sure the slower the better for the
battery.

I generaly charge at 1amp, unless i'm in a huge rush (even then its no faster then 2-3amp). the faster you charge the more the charger has a tendancy to "false peak" meaning it'll stop before the battery is full, if I have time, I charge at 1amp, then let the pack cool, (or charge another) and re-peak it it 0.5amps, sometimes it'll take in another ~100mah, good luck and have fun.

for my lipos, I charge at 1c, and I wont re-peak them unless they have been sitting a few days
