Hey fellas this is all new to me and yesterday installed my winch, as I only have a 2ch receiver I hooked it up through a Y-Harness and fitted the button through the axial antenna hole in the hood, works great! what do you think?

You get one free touch anyways because of the winching process, a lot of guys who run servo winches have to turn on the switch to use it because of the creep issues.

Yeah, the winch is mounted to the body for some odd reason.

Vadim, do yourself a favor and read through a bunch of threads in the scale sections and such. dont be afraid to ask a question. Your winch should be mounted to the bumper and there is a way to use a 2 piosition radio and a winch. I believe that is in the electronics page somewhere last I seen it.

Here's one way to run the winch from a 2ch radio:

Thanks but I'm happy with it, there's no bumper on my crappy HSP and no room below the pinions to extend the tray out to mount there I am not running comps or anything , just in my backyard, my truck sucks I just got it to learn on, and actually like how I mounted it and the button placement, i'm just having fun, that's what it's about.... wait until I get my new tyres/wheels / springs ect I'll really make a mess lol

Did someone mention winch drift and working a winch from a two position (or three position) switch?

I've got both issues solved. See my sig.
