Default Gasket Maker

Quick question......I cant find anyone that carrys Plasti-dip in my area or liquid electric tape, i have tryed Home depot, Canadian tire and so on ......can i use black gasket maker...i figure if it can keep water in an engine it can keep it out of elecric parts

It is silicone rtv, so yeah it should work fine.

I used rvt on my servo and its been under water quite a bit LOL
